Best Practice Tips:

Assign each incoming Chapter Leader/E-Board Member 3-4 chapters to read both the Chapter Plans and Annual Reports (great way to gain best practices & insights).
Have them write down a few ideas from each chapter that they were impressed with or an idea they would like to implement in the coming year.
Have a brainstorming session in the summer or early in September to hash out everyone’s ideas:
- At this point, you may have too many ideas and not everything will be able to be implemented and maybe not on the scale of the award-winning chapter – but do your best!
- Borrowing a great idea and adapting it to your own collegiate chapter should put you on the road to your own chapter’s success – so get inspired!
Have your Chapter Plan ready before the deadline date (due in early October) and your Annual Report ready by the start of the New Year (due in late February).
