This award recognizes career contributions to marketing strategy literature.
Eligibility
Eligible marketing educators will be considered in light of their sustained contributions to the marketing strategy literature over a period spanning ten or more years.
History
Established in 2000 through the generosity of Vijay Mahajan’s colleagues, friends and former students, this award will honor career contributions to marketing strategy. The award is intended to encourage the academic community to produce high quality academic research in the field of marketing strategy.
Process
The officers of the AMA Marketing Strategy SIG will select the recipient no later than February each year. and that individual will be honored at the annual AMA Summer Academic Conference.
Recognition and Benefits
The award will be presented during the AMA Summer Academic Conference.
