The University of Edinburgh Business School invites you to attend the conference “Reflecting on the Past, Celebrating the Present and Shaping the Future in Marketing Research” that will take place in its premises on September 19th-20th.

Marketing research is currently undergoing a transformative period that presents many challenges for scholars conducting research in its constituent fields. The discipline constantly expands its borders in new thematic areas and methodological approaches. This Conference seeks to bring scholars, PhD students and practitioners together in order to reflect on the recent advances in Marketing research and practice.

You are invited to submit an extended abstract (up to 1500 words) by July 29th. Although papers from all research strands are welcome, the conference will mainly focus on three themes:

  • Consumer Behaviour
  • Services Marketing
  • Branding

The Conference will include keynote speakers sessions, presentations, a workshop on issues and challenges of publishing in Marketing academic journals as well as an academic writing workshop for Marketing PhD students.
