What kind of certifications are available for marketing professionals, something equivalent to a CPA/CFA etc? I’m aware of the Chartered Marketer offered by The Chartered Institute of Marketing and I came across the AMA’s Professional Certified Marketer, but are there any others? Besides that, how are they all viewed compared to the CPA/CFA status and compared to doing an MBA/Masters in Marketing in the job market?
