VP, Office of Accessibility, SalesforceCatherine Nichols is an experienced disability rights advocate and the VP of the Office of Accessibility at Salesforce, a team that strives to ensure its products, workplaces, and virtual experiences are accessible to all. Catherine is an active member, and previous Vice President, of the Salesforce Abilityforce Business Resource Group, a global network of employees with disabilities and their allies who work together to transform the perceptions and elevate the status of people with disabilities. Catherine launched the local chapter of Abilityforce for San Francisco-based employees and communities. Prior to launching the Office of Accessibility in 2019, Catherine joined Salesforce in 2006, where she built leadership experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Health & Safety, Crisis Management, System Audit, Merger & Acquisition Integrations, Compliance, Policy Development, Business Process Improvement, and Employee Engagement. Previous employers include Ernst & Young and Intuit. Catherine has a Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University, with a focus on Management Information Systems. Catherine serves as the Vice Chair for the Board of Directors for the ARC of San Francisco.

Director of Marketing and Communications, Disability:INAllyce (she/her) is the Director of Marketing and Communications at Disability:IN, a global non-profit driving disability inclusion and equality in business. Before her work at Disability:IN, Allyce served as the Associate Director of Awakenings where she focused on leveraging content to elevate the artistic expression of survivors of sexual violence. She is one of 25 Chicago leaders in the Winter 2024 cohort of the Change Collective. With a background in the arts, Allie is passionate about inclusive storytelling as a vehicle for change.
