Toby McChesney
Vice Provost for Graduate Programs, Santa Clara UniversityToby McChesney is the Vice Provost for Graduate Programs for Santa Clara University and has served in this role since July 2021. He oversees recruiting, marketing, branding, new program development for the graduate programs in the Leavey School of Business, School of Engineering, School of Education Counseling & Psychology, School of Law and the Jesuit School of Theology. Prior that his current role, he was Sr. Assistant Dean of Graduate Business Programs at the Leavey School of Business. He oversaw admissions, student services, and career management for three MBA programs (Evening, Executive, Online) and four Master of Science programs (Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, and Marketing). Helping to launch new online programs and redesigned on campus programs he led the team to increase the number of students attending the various graduate programs. He also increased the rankings for all graduate business programs. He teaches both undergraduate and graduate business communication courses.
Rhea Vitalis
Vice President, Growth Marketing, EverspringComing from a diverse 16-year marketing background, Rhea has led fortune-500 companies, non-profits, startups, and legacy brands toward revitalization, new revenue, customer loyalty, and strategic futures. Prior to joining Everspring, she drove marketing at Encyclopedia Britannica’s B2B and B2C EdTech divisions for over 5 years, leading content strategy development and designing lead acquisition campaigns. She has also partnered with major e-commerce clients to provide visibility to the impact of marketing programs on their bottom line, and she brings over 10 years of content consulting experience and campaign building experience for Northwestern University, the University of Oxford, and advocacy foundations. Rhea received her BS in marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
