At this year’s AMA Summer Educators’ Conference, DocSIG (Doctoral Students Special Interest Group) is hosting DocSIG Central – a booth that will be set up in the hotel Ballroom throughout the conference. A primary goal of this booth is to serve as a meeting spot for doctoral students to interact.
In order to create a positive environment for interaction, we are looking for volunteers to be at DocSIG Central in the mornings before sessions begin, during breaks, and for a short time after the last session of the day. The purpose of volunteers is to help facilitate interaction. We have eleven time slots to fill and would like two volunteers per time slot.
If you are interested and willing to help us out, please email Maureen at mbourassa@business.queensu.ca as soon as possible. Once we receive your email, we will send you a list of time slots that you can choose from.
