Instructions for Registering Student Groups
Who Should Use This Form? This form is exclusively for student groups of 3+ attendees. Faculty Advisors: Please do not include yourselves on this form. Instead, register yourself individually using the Faculty Advisor Registration button on the event page.
Submission Guidelines: Only one form should be submitted per group. It’s recommended that one member be designated to submit the form when the complete list of attendees is ready.
After Submission: An AMA Customer Support representative will contact you.
Making Changes: If you need to make additions or require multiple submissions, contact the person in your chapter who submitted the original request. That person will liaise with the AMA representative to make the necessary changes.
